Fixed Accented Titles

   Alright, note to self. Never name a file with an áççënt, unless you really want to break your RPG Maker 2003 game. I know understand want happened, and I will hopefully never do that again. Anyway, I hope that game breaking glitch is fixed now. Let me know if any other problems are happening.
